While insurance reimbursement helps to offset a portion of our costs, KBHVAC is still dependent on contributions from our friends and neighbors through our annual Letter of Appeal. Funds raised are invested into equipment, training and supplies needed to deliver high quality emergency services.
Other Ways to Donate
Appreciated Securities:
A gift of long term appreciated securities (those held for more than one year) may entitle the donor to tax deduction for the full market value of the donated stock, without having to recognize the capital gain. If you would like to make a gift of securities, please request transfer instructions by emailing us at treasurer@kbhvac.org.
Memorial Donations:
If you wish to make a memorial donation, the family will be sent an acknowledgement that the donor has made a donation in memory of their loved one, whether the donation is made via check, money order, or PayPal. Please provide the family contact information with your donation.
